Cloud Pizza

Low carb (high protein) alternative pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 30g philly
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice (Or 1/8 tsp cream of tartar)
  • 30g passata
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/3 tsp pepper
  • As much mozzarella as your soul needs
  • (Optional) pepperoni, chorizo

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C
  2. Mix passata with seasonings in a bowl
  3. Separate egg white and yolk from the egg
  4. In a bowl, pour in the egg whites, add in the lemon juice (or tartar) and whisk until stiff peaks form
  5. In another bowl, mix the yolk and cream cheese
  6. Mix the a bit of the whites into the yolk at a time ensuring not to over mix here
  7. Lay out some baking paper and pour the mixture on it, forming a pizza shape
  8. Bake for 25 minutes
  9. Remove from the oven to let cool for 5 minutes
  10. Turn up the heat to 200°C
  11. Pour the tomato sauce onto the base
  12. Apply cheese and whatever toppings you prefer
  13. Bake until cheese looks the way cheese is supposed to look on pizza
  14. Enjoy!
