Low carb (high protein) alternative pizza

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 30g philly
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice (Or 1/8 tsp cream of tartar)
- 30g passata
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- As much mozzarella as your soul needs
- (Optional) pepperoni, chorizo
Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C
- Mix passata with seasonings in a bowl
- Separate egg white and yolk from the egg
- In a bowl, pour in the egg whites, add in the lemon juice (or tartar) and
whisk until stiff peaks form
- In another bowl, mix the yolk and cream cheese
- Mix the a bit of the whites into the yolk at a time ensuring not to over mix
here
- Lay out some baking paper and pour the mixture on it, forming a pizza shape
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Remove from the oven to let cool for 5 minutes
- Turn up the heat to 200°C
- Pour the tomato sauce onto the base
- Apply cheese and whatever toppings you prefer
- Bake until cheese looks the way cheese is supposed to look on pizza
