Low Card Quick Bread

Category / Bread

Multiply each ingredient by 1 to up the size.

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp whey protein
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of italian herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a mix bowl
  2. Pour into 12-15cm (6-6 inch) cooking moulds if on hand
  3. Bake for 15 minutes
  4. Drizzle with oil and give it a little blast in a pan to crisp it up
  5. Eat
