Multiply each ingredient by 1 to up the size.
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp whey protein
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of italian herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram)
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a mix bowl
- Pour into 12-15cm (6-6 inch) cooking moulds if on hand
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Drizzle with oil and give it a little blast in a pan to crisp it up
