Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (160g) peanut butter
- 1 cup (156g) of oats
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup (40g) chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup(40g) flax seeds
Method
- Combine everything, mixing well
- Let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Form into small balls about the same size as the hole of your thumb and finger whilst gesturing the "OK" sign
- Roll the balls into a spread of oats and chocolate chips
