Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Delicious energy balls, healthy boost and packed with fiber

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (160g) peanut butter
  • 1 cup (156g) of oats
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup (40g) chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup(40g) flax seeds

Method

  1. Combine everything, mixing well
  2. Let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
  3. Form into small balls about the same size as the hole of your thumb and finger whilst gesturing the "OK" sign
  4. Roll the balls into a spread of oats and chocolate chips
