A low carb & ketogenic variant to classic norimaki rolls.
Ingredients
- 500g cauliflower rice
- 140g (~1/2 cup) cream cheese
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- Salt, to taste
- 4 nori sheets
Use desired fillings. Goes well with carrot, cucumber strips, avocado, tuna, salmon, cream cheese, crab meat, prawn tempura etc...
Method
- Cook cauliflower according to packet instructions (microwave usually does fine)
- Strain with a cheese cloth to remove excess moisture
- Mix all ingredients together
- Leave to chill until the mix becomes sticky
- Roll your rolls with desired fillings
- Enjoy :)
