Keto Garlic Bread

Try to draw out as much moisture from fresh mozzarella if you prefer to avoid the store-bought grated variety, which can have added starch to stop cheese from clumping together.

  • 1 cup (115g) grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup (48g) ground almond flour
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan
