Keto Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (100g) almond flour
  • 1/2 cup (50g) coconut flour
  • 6 tsp (20g) xanthan gum
  • 1 cup (210ml) boiling water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 garlic powder (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. Mix to remove clumps
  4. Add hot water mixing to form a smooth dough
  5. Once formed, spread the dough and roll into a mass to desired fry width/height with a rolling pin
  6. Use a knife to slice the dough into fries
  7. Place fries onto baking tray well spread out
  8. Bake until done
