Ingredients
- 1 cup (100g) almond flour
- 1/2 cup (50g) coconut flour
- 6 tsp (20g) xanthan gum
- 1 cup (210ml) boiling water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 garlic powder (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Mix to remove clumps
- Add hot water mixing to form a smooth dough
- Once formed, spread the dough and roll into a mass to desired fry
width/height with a rolling pin
- Use a knife to slice the dough into fries
- Place fries onto baking tray well spread out
- Bake until done
