Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup flaxseed powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp tsp sea salt
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup warm water
Method
- Mise en place!
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
- In a mixing bowl, whisk egg whites, egg, buttermilk and cider vinegar
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together
- Add water in stages until a nice dough forms
- Dust a surface with almond flour, knead dough into a ball
- Leave dough in a baking dish, let rest for 20 minutes
- Preheat oven to 190° celsius at minute 15
- Bake for 45-50, checking doneness at 45
