Delicious blue cheese dip. Pairs well with crispy chicken wings, carrot or celery sticks. Best made a few hours in advance and refrigerated until serving time. However, tastes great made just before just the same.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (128g) crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup (120g) cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup (50g) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove
