Ingredients
Serves 6-8
Base
- 1 can of chickpeas (typically 15oz/400g) drained
- 1/2 cup (120g) peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (50g) of sugar or alternative sweetener
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Mixins
- 1/2 cup (65g) walnuts
- 1/2 cup dark / white / milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup other seeds or nuts as desired
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Combine all base ingredients to a mixer, blitz well
- Combine dry mixins into the base mixture
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish
- Bake for 22 minutes
- Remove from oven, let cool for 30 minutes
- Slice into 6-8 even pieces
