Ingredients
Serves about 10 bars.
Base
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup (60g) peanut butter
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Topping
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Method
- In a bowl, mix all base ingredients well
- Spoon the base mixture into the muffin form pressing into a tight mould
- Freeze the mixture for about 2 hours
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter until smooth
- Remove the tray from the freezer
- Spoon out about 1 tbsp onto the form moulds
- Sprinkle a bit of the sea salt on each
- Enjoy!
