Turkish Eggs
Turkish poached eggs in yoghurt base

Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 3 poached eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- (Optional) 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Method
- Mix garlic, salt and yoghurt in a bowl
- Make an indent for the poached eggs
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter
- When the butter begins to brown add the chili flakes if using
- Add 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Pour the butter mix over the eggs and yoghurt
- Sprinkle a bit of salt and drizzle the rest of the olive oil over the dish
