Watermelon Tuna Chunks
Like tuna... but watermelon

Ingredients
Marinade
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 sheet of nori
- Half of a 5lb (~2.2kg) watermelon (sliced into steaks)
Method
- Combined all marinade ingredients into a bowl
- Slice up the watermelon into tuna steak sized chunks
- Chop up the nori
- Add all ingredients together and marinade for 1 hour
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Add watermelon chunks for 40-45 minutes
- Remove from oven, sear chunks briefly on pan
- Enjoy!
